Having a professional design will save hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Our design plans can be given to your contractor for installation, or we can recommend a contractor to assist you. DIY design plans and DIY Consulting Reports are also available.
Your Choice of Services
Initial Consultation
Garden design and consulting services begin with the initial consultation.
Typically one to two hours, the initial consultation is conducted on your property and includes a site assessment, review of your Client Questionnaire, on-site sketch of recommendations after deciding upon project objectives (if appropriate), and will provide you with immediate ideas and recommendations, solutions and resources for accomplishing your goals.
Each project is carefully defined with you as to the degree and type of help needed during the Initial Consultation. Referrals to various resources are also available, depending on your individual needs.
Custom CAD Plans
You will receive a full set of professionally designed black and white or color plans or storyboards that you can give to your landscape contractor for installation. Plans typically include photos of recommended plants, site amenities, hardscape materials, lighting and irrigation plans to help you visualize what your new garden will look like. If you need help connecting with a reputable landscape contractor, I would be happy to arrange it.

Hourly Consulting
This service is great if you do not want or need a full set of plans, but if you do need more information than can be provided in the Initial Consultation.
You choose the elements for the report; examples include (but are not limited to) photos, accessories, plant lists, instructions for the DIY gardener, soil restoration and preparation recipes, building materials recommendations, depending on your priorities, and I will create it.
Your custom report will address your specific priorities in the amount of time agreed upon. The report then becomes your blueprint for your garden remodel.
Soil Restoration Services
If you are concerned about the environmental damage caused by inorganic garden chemicals; fertilizers, fungicides, and pesticides and are looking for an eco-friendly alternative, this service is for you. Using high quality Actively Aerated Compost Tea (AACT), and other natural ingredients, soil fertility is restored to naturally increase water holding capacity, disease resistance and reduce the need for inorganic chemical products.
You can apply the treatments yourself with guidance from your Consulting Report or you can schedule the applications through us.

Project Management
Time and materials consulting and project management services are available to you on an hourly or contract basis to assist you through the installation process and into ongoing maintenance. We will work with the landscape contractor of your choice or provide recommendations as needed to ensure your project remains on track and is installed in keeping with the spirit and intention of the design. This is of particular importance if substitutions of plants and other materials need to be made during installation.
