Horrall Friends of the Arts Charity Auction

"My foundation, Horrall Friends of the Arts, was putting on a charity Art Auction to raise funds for the school. I sent an inquiry to Laurie about possibly donating a floral arrangement for our auction. With only a few days left, she accepted and scheduled a time to pick it up the day of our event. I was blown away by the creativity and presentation of the arrangement. Beautiful stem orchids coming out of the top of a gorgeous modern, silver vase, with pearls and single orchids at the base and long fern grass accenting it. It stood a good two feet tall and was breath taking. We had it displayed at the entrance to our art auction and after all the admiration from guests, ended up auctioning it off!"

She really put thought into what the event was and how the arrangement should look for it. I am immensely impressed and incredibly thankful that Laurie graciously gave such an amazing arrangement.

Outlet Annual Fundraising Gala

"Laurie is the most creative, insightful, and fun floral designer that I have ever had the opportunity to work with.  She has the ability to take your most basic concepts and turn them into a magical creation that will surely beautify any event or space.

Recently, I worked with Laurie for a large event in Mountain View.  We needed 30 center pieces.  I really did not have a concept of what I wanted.  Laurie talked me through some of her ideas and even took the time to show me some of the ideas.  She was so, so patient and helpful.
Going through the process of deciding what we wanted for the center pieces was fun from start to finish.  Laurie made this large project fun and enjoyable and I even learned a bit more about flowers.

Laurie is super passionate about what she does and it really comes through in her demeanor and the way that she is able to explain things and also in the finished products.  Laurie is someone that is not comfortable settling for anything less than the best and this is why I will continue to go to her for anything that I need in the future."
